Milling
With a wide array of both vertical and horizontal milling stations, there isn’t a job we can’t setup. The complexity of the fixture and physical size of our customers’ job will be taken into account when deciding the type of milling machine that will be used for the job. These different styles of machines improve efficiency, saving us time, and for our customers, money.
For more information, such as types of machines we use and acceptable materials, visit the Our Capabilities tab.
Turning
Our turning centers can handle a multitude of diameters, ranging from 1/16” to 14.0”. Some jobs may require additional operations after the first turning operation. Our secondary operations center includes a variety of manual lathes, along with high precision CNC lathes, used to turn the final diameters. The tolerance on some of these secondary machines can hold up to .0001” in our environmentally controlled shop floor, ensuring high tolerances required by our customers are met. These stations are also used for making custom fixtures for parts that involve unique geometry.
Assembly
Many of our customers’ jobs require more than just milling and turning. Assembly is the last, but arguably most important, step in the manufacturing process. Not only does assembly require putting the parts together, but also tweaking/ adjusting components to satisfy any gap clearance issues we may run into. We make sure every component in our customers’ assembly has the best possible fit before leaving our building.
We recommend that we machine all components in these assemblies so we can assure the best possible results. Since we’d machine all the components to fit with each other, there wouldn't be any fit or finish issues that you may get by using parts from different manufacturers.
Once assemblies are complete, they’re shipped in custom-made packaging, made to fit your unique assemblies to reduce movement during transit as much as possible.

Laser Scribing
Offering our own scribing service allows us to offer shorter delivery times and cut costs by eliminating a third party. With our high-precision laser, we can scribe your parts with defined scribe lines and high detail, all done right here at Kronenberger Manufacturing.
