Offering our assembly service puts our customers’ focus on assembly of the final instruments rather than the individual components. Often times we send these assembled components to our customers as kits. Pre-assembled, or mated parts, are critical for those customers who spend many hours trying to 'fit' parts together for the best possible function. We not only offer, but recommend this to all of our customers because we can mate our machined components together for the best possible fit, all while making adjustments along the way. Custom foam packaging is available, designed to protect and hold your assemblies in place, allowing no movement from the parts during shipping.
